ISTANBUL V+F has been established in 1999 when Swagelok extends Nordival distribution to Malta, Cyprus and Turkey
At the beginning ISTANBUL V+F was just a local office mainly focused to collect turkish customer’s requirements and transfer them to NORDIVAL headquarter;
therefore, over the years, ISTANBUL V+F has been able to fast grow acquiring more and more confidence by local customers and by the most important turkish
engineering companies so to become the effective Swagelok base in Turkey.
Whilst ISTANBUL V+F history and activity are closely related to NORDIVAL, today ,the Turkish Base works mostly independently:
with a proper facility located in the centre of Istanbul easily reachable by car and by airplane;
with a local dedicated qualified staff,composed by sales and technical specialists able to handle customer’s inquiries in real time, provide on place technical
support and training;
and with a local inventory handling the most standard items ready to be shipped for prompt deliveries; with a proven forwarding base able to provide factory
items in short time without delay due to custom clearance bureaucracy.
ISTANBUL V+F provides the same services as NORDIVAL at the same high standard levels, trying to honour
Swagelok “VALUE TO OUR VALUES” day by day

NORDIVAL YESTERDAY
Nordival has been established in 1994 by the exigency of Swagelok©, a well known american company manufacturing fluid components,
to explore the italian market in a more widespread way.
This requirement marks NORDIVAL S.r.l start as authorized Swagelok© sales and service center for north ItalY
Since the very beginning the great potential of Swagelok© brand on the italian market is clear and this leads NORDIVAL management to progressively
increase investments in facilities and resources.
This commitment has been awarded in 1996, when Swagelok extended NORDIVAL exclusive distribution agreement for the whole italian territory.
Since that Nordival sales efforts and the investments increase and increase up to create a widespread italian sales network based on the technical
and sales support to the most important engineering companies and to more than 200 italian contractors
In 1999 Swagelok demonstrates further confidente in extending Nordival distribution to MALTA, CYPRUS AND TURKEY This marked the start of
ISTANBUL VALVE & FITTINGS based in Istanbul that over the years become an important reference point for the most important turkish companies
In june 2004 NORDIVAL has started offering tubing manufactured according to Swagelok specifications so to integrate the fluid components range

In september 2011, Nordival moved to a new base conceived to increase space dedicated to stock and handle products, develop custom
solutions, and arrange for trainings and seminars.
Today ours efforts are focused on the will to build special relationships with customers providing them with a number of dedicated solutions

Our flexibility allows us to deal with emergency deliveries with the maximum concern and care.
Finally the integration of our inventory sofware with Swagelok computerized management system put us in the position us to know
the availability of standard and factory items in real time.
